FAQ

How are children grouped? 
Children are grouped by grade level and age, with each group consisting of one grade level. There are approximately 12-15 kids per group with  2-3 counselors and a teacher with them at all times.

Can I request that my child is grouped with his/her friends? 
Yes. We make every effort to grant grouping requests. Please keep in mind that we will limit grouping to 3 friends in each group.

Can I enroll my child for a part week of a session? 
No.  We only enroll for a full session.

Do I need to send in full payment with my application? 
Yes, though you can pay in 3 installments last payment due June 1, 2019

If I am going to miss a day, should I notify the camp?
Yes, please write on the registration form, if you know the dates in advance, or make sure to notify both camp office and your child’s counselor a day before your child will be absent. Please note there are no refunds for days missed.

What if my child has special dietary needs (celiac, lactose, etc):
We provide vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, peanut free meals. Any other type of assistance/need can be requested, and we will try to assist.

Can aftercare be used on a daily basis?
Yes. 25 Shekels per child per hour. This needs to be arranged one day prior with the Summer Program Office. There is no aftercare provided on the first nor last day of camp. 

Is there transportation?
Transportation is available from most areas at an extra charge. Cost is determined by the number of children in the vehicle from your area. Payment goes directly to the bus company and must be transferred to our office on the first 3 days of camp.

How can I celebrate my child’s birthday at camp?
You are more than welcome to send in a cake and /or a treat for your child and his/her group. The counselors will celebrate the birthday during snack time. Please make sure to check with the office if there are children with allergies in your child’s group.

What is the cancelation policy?
Cancellations must be made prior to April 12, 2018, in order to receive a full refund. Refund will be made minus a 450 Shekels cancellation fee (per child) between the dates of April 13, 2018 – April 30, 2018. No refunds for any cancellations after May 1, 2018.
